Our Team at Almond Tree Counseling Services:

Hélène L. Miss, MSW, LICSW

Hélène graduated in 2000 with a Master’s Degree in Social work from Boston University. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has worked in many settings, providing supportive counseling and case management services to adults and seniors.

She uses an eclectic approach, drawing from different treatment modalities to help clients address and cope with their illnesses. She counseled clients from a strength perspective and tailor her approach to fit them. Her wealth of knowledge in community resources is an added asset she draws upon to inform clients about services that can be helpful to maintain them in the community, foster support and break social isolation.

Hélène heads our team as the founder and director of Almond Tree Counseling Services.
